About the practice

Estate planning sits between three disciplines. We hold all three to one standard.

Established 2015. A governance framework set and audited by our in-house TEPs, so the standard is the same whoever holds your file.

Our values

Financial resilience begins at the foundation — the family itself. Fragility at family level weakens the communities those families belong to, and equipping a household to understand and control what it owns strengthens both. That is why the practice was set up, and it remains the test we apply to the advice we give.

Carved in 1621 and adorning the wall of the board room where we meet private clients. Most of what we do is settling questions before they become disputes.

Our mission

To educate and empower families with the strategic tools to become financially resilient.

And to protect what they have built, so it passes intact to the next generation. Those two halves are inseparable: understanding without protection is theory, and protection without understanding is a document nobody trusts.

Our vision

To be the UK's leading ambassador for financial resilience.

The trusted voice for families who want to understand and control what happens to what they have built — not only the firm that drafts the documents, but the one that makes the reasoning behind them clear enough to act on.

Two TEPs

Technical authority

Marios Pampakas, Accountant and TEP, and Ava Vinokourova, Lawyer and TEP, own the framework and audit against it.

Governance

The standard is set by the framework, not the individual.

In a market where much of the work is done by sole practitioners, what a family receives can depend a great deal on who happened to take the file. We removed that variable.

A framework, audited

Every plan is built to a technical framework set by our two TEPs, and checked against it before it reaches you.

One named adviser

A single adviser holds your file and remains accountable for it. You will not repeat your situation to a new person.

Specialists in-house

Where a plan needs specialist input, that input is already here — not referred out and not queued behind another diary.

A defined scope

No conveyancing, litigation, audit or investment advice. What we refer out is recorded, so nothing is lost between firms.
