Transparent pricing

Our set fees

Fixed fees, agreed in writing before we start — and every price below includes VAT.

How we price

Fixed fees, not hourly rates

You'll know the total before any work begins, and it won't change unless you ask us to do something different.

A written quote first

No obligation to proceed, and nothing to pay for the quote itself.

Prices include VAT

The figure you see is the figure you pay.

Statutory fees are shown separately

Because they aren't ours, and we don't add to them.

Estimate Protection Plan

We can't price your situation accurately before we understand it, and we won't pretend otherwise. Answer eleven questions, read your Clarity Report, and your written quote follows from there.

Individual prices from

All figures include VAT. "From" applies where complexity varies.

Wills

Individual will~£474
Mirror wills, for a couple~£630

Every will includes a Will Commentary — a plain-English explanation written alongside the legal document, so your family understands what you intended and why. It significantly reduces the risk of a challenge later.

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Health and welfare~£354
Property and financial affairs~£354

Most clients put both in place together. Without a registered power of attorney, your family has to apply to the Court of Protection — which costs considerably more, takes months rather than weeks, and results in a deputy the court appoints rather than the person you would have chosen.

Trusts and property

Nil rate band trust~£714
Discretionary trust of residue~£714
Interest in possession trust~£714
Gift trust~£1,194
Pension trust~£594
Life insurance trust~£594
Declaration of trust, equity split~£594
Business or agricultural trust~£540
Severance of tenancy~£354

A trust places assets with trustees you choose, on terms you set. It's how what your children inherit survives their divorce, their creditors and decisions they might make later.

Severance of tenancy changes how you own your property from joint ownership to tenants in common. It determines the tax position, and whether a share reaches your children rather than a future spouse's family.

Which trust suits a situation is settled in your report and review — not chosen from a table.

Statutory fees paid to the government

These aren't our fees. We show them so you can see the full cost of what you're doing, and we don't add anything to them.

Statutory fees, so no VAT applies.
